Change Matters
In 2009, Virginia Baptist students collected $7,660.21 by donating the change from their pockets at various youth events throughout the year. All funds collected in 2009 were used to dig a freshwater well in South Africa and provide indoor plumbing to a family in Southwest Virginia. This year, students are once again donating their change, and have already collected $3,294.59! All offering dollars collected in 2010 will be used in Virginia and around the world to meet the needs of those who suffer from hunger.
